Love having everything in 1 place: RMTrack

I like it that you can see all your tickets at once, so there's no need to switch between different tabs. It takes a while to get used to, but once you've got it set up, it's great! The reporting and management features aren't as good as they could be. Sometimes it doesn't refresh very quickly and you have to do it manually after changing something. Reporting for issues with our software was easy using this system. I like that it's easy to use, but still have all of the advanced features you need for your organization. It would be nice if there was an option for more than just one project at once - multiple projects can get confusing! The ability to organize tasks into different groups by customer or client so we don't lose track of what needs attention from each group. This helps us stay organized with our daily work load as well as being able to prioritize which issues are most important.
