I wanted this bed skirt to be paired with a Christmas blanket that I will only be wearing for a few weeks. I didn't want to take off the blue skirt that's now on the bed. This one fits right on top of what was already on the bed, covering it completely. The hunting green is exactly the same as in the photo. I didn't have to use pens. The elastic was strong and held it in place perfectly. I didn't want it to be see through because I didn't want to see another skirt underneath. Of course, when you're buying something that you only use a few weeks a year you always want to get a good deal, but I felt it was a fair price. Excellent quality, especially the strength of the elastic. Doesn't sag and looks great on the legs of the bed.
