The ease of use to create courses for our clients.

Also being able to track progress in real time is great! I dislike that sometimes you have to wait several hours before it updates your course. We are solving an issue where we can easily produce content for our customers but they don't always know when their learners want new material or if there's something wrong with how they're progressing through the learning path. This has been solved by creating multiple tracks within one course which allows us to provide different paths of learning depending upon individual needs / wants.
