BASIKER's products are of poor quality, and the company's customer service is unsatisfactory.

As someone who has a lot of experience with home improvement projects, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the products that I ordered from the BASIKER online store. In spite of the fact that they claim to source only the highest quality products from reputable manufacturers, the item that I bought was fragile and of poor construction. The fact that it was useless after only a few days of use made me question my decision to shop at this particular establishment. When I reached out to their customer support team for assistance, they were unhelpful and took a long time to respond, which added to my overall sense of disappointment. I had anticipated that they would provide some sort of remedy or solution, but instead, I was left with a sour taste in my mouth after the conversation. I cannot recommend the BASIKER online store to anyone searching for high-quality do-it-yourself products and excellent customer service, despite the fact that their website may be simple to navigate and the checkout process may run smoothly. My experience was not in the least bit satisfying, and I have the impression that their commitment to sourcing high-quality products from reputable manufacturers is simply not represented in the products and services that they actually offer. To summarize, if you are searching for a trustworthy and high-quality DIY store, it would be in your best interest to look elsewhere. The only things I have to show for my time with BASIKER are disappointment and remorse.
