Some mentioned case came damaged or quality control was poor but mine came well packaged and in perfect condition. Everything works as it should. Quality feels good and looks great. It's a large box. I like the space between watches, especially larger ones where they don't touch. Keeps watches well protected and the drawer underneath is great for my extra bands and tools.
