Review on Vintage Style Malco Modes Samantha 835 Tea-Length Petticoat: Ideal for Halloween Costumes, Party Wear, and Festive Crinoline by Barbara Robinson

Ordered for my daughter's wedding dress. Pros: 1. Daughter fell in love with the fabric. It's so soft.2. Filling is very good. Delivered quickly Disadvantages: 1. It is sold as a tea length. It looked short out of the box but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and hung it up to cure for a few days but it still measured only 24 inches and hit my 5'3" daughter just below the knee But she liked the fabric and we didn't have much time so I told her I would add some light lace at the bottom to add some length and then shorten the dress a bit resulting in cheating 22. When I went to lace To add to this I found the pleated hem was not appropriate in several places. Unfortunately I had already started adding the lace so it was not possible to go back. Very poor quality control. Overall very disappointed. My daughter wears petticoats regularly and we have very pleased to try this petticoat with unfortunate results.I was able to fix the issues and make it work for my girl but I've had better results with less expensive petticoats.If they can fix the quality control issues and accurately represent the length, it will be a great petticoat.
