Works well to power Raspberry PI from Alarm

At first I couldn't adjust the output voltage no matter how many times I turned it. Then I tried turning the screw quickly several times and it worked! I suspect it got stuck somehow, or maybe that's what you need to do if it's new. Anyway, now it works and I can regulate the output voltage up and down.
