Bought used. It appeared to be in good condition. However, the lid didn't hold my laptop well. For example, the laptop slides down when I use it. Another oddity is that when I tried to turn on my laptop with the lid closed, it wouldn't turn on. I tried several ways and couldn't get it to work properly. I took it out of my pocket, cut open the laptop, then put it in my pocket and it turned off. I don't understand why, all I know is that my laptop wouldn't turn on when the lid was open. This prompted me to request a refund.
