I work with samples in grocery stores and I'm always cold from standing in one place for 3 hours and not moving much. I usually need a long sleeve underneath my uniform shirt, and in the last hour or so I have to put on an extra zip-up sweater. But I wore this to my demo the other day and didn't need to wear a thicker sweater at all. It was the first time! It kept me warm. The inner lining is very soft. I also didn't sweat under the arms like I usually do with the other basic shirt. I'm a medium size and it has a little more room under the armpits and the material is a little looser but better for work. He still looks small. I'm 5 feet 4 inches and 110 pounds.
