Cheap isn't worth it.

The heating rods are glued in. Came off after two uses. There is no auto shut off so make sure you turn it off. Also, they get very hot. The gloves were discolored where the heating element was located. Save your money! Heaters can be purchased for $3.50 and can be used with any gloves!
