Review on 🍲 Libbey Baker's Basics 6-Piece Glass Ramekin Set with Lids: Perfect Cooking and Storage Solution by Tim Harrington

I bought this because it's a "clean" product - it's very important to me. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews. Since you are supposed to be able to use this item in the freezer I just assumed the lids would work. Nobody wants to burn down the freezer, right? Well, the edges of the covers are very thin and generally don't fit well. I contacted the company and they were initially less than supportive. When I complained my money was refunded but only in the form of a gift card. I have also informed them that I have purchased an extra set and that the lids on these items are warped and problematic, but they ignore it. In short, I am not satisfied with the product and I am not satisfied with the company's customer service. Glass bowls are fine, but I really wanted something with nice lids.
