Due to Filoto's commitment to both cutting-edge technology and competitive pricing, I was thrilled to make my electronic goods and accessory purchases from them. Having said that, my interaction with their customer support was less than satisfactory. When I tried to contact their customer care about the faulty product I had received, I was confronted with excessive wait periods and employees who were unable to assist me in any way. It required several weeks of back and forth communication before a settlement could be reached, and even then, it did not meet all of the parties' expectations. In addition, the user-friendliness of the website was not up to the standards that were claimed. Both the search function and the checkout procedure were cumbersome and difficult to understand. Although the prices were reasonable, the quality of the products was disappointing. Overall, I do not think Filoto is something others would benefit from reading. Their lack of attention to customer service and the quality of their products is alarming, despite the fact that their goal statement can sound encouraging. As a life coach, I place a high value on businesses who place a high priority on the satisfaction of their consumers, but regrettably, Filoto does not live up to this ideal.
