Review on La Crosse Alerts Mobile 926-25004-WGB - WaterLeak 💧 Probe Add-On Sensor for La Crosse Wireless Monitor System by Ryan Morrow

I bought these to alert myself to possible water problems in the water heater and sump pumps. They are added to the temperature sensors I have in my fridge and freezer. All notifications are sent to a mobile app where I can set alert thresholds and receive notifications via SMS, email, or both. They are a small packaging unit with a sufficient length of the sensor cable. One of the two devices was having major trouble connecting, so I called customer service late Friday night. The guy I worked with was very nice and walked me through the reset and connection process. Eventually we both connected but he alerted me that one of the dry sensors was not getting a valid reading. He wanted me to try it over the weekend, which I did. I called support on Monday and the woman I spoke to said it needed to be replaced as she saw it wasn't working properly. She sent me a replacement device which connected in 20 seconds. These are great little devices but they can stubbornly connect and the reset process isn't intuitive, but the support is good and everything works. I will buy again for a second fridge and for a second home.
