I just received this but this is the second drum we have. My first child had one that we bought at the toy store when it closed and she used it all the time. She danced to the music and she did it very well. He accompanied us everywhere and entertained and comforted her in the car (and she HATED being in a car). Needless to say, I often opened the door and the drum fell onto the sidewalk, and other than a few scratches, the drum was fine. Also the fact that I allowed it in the car for a long time should tell you that the music is pretty passable haha. Anyway, the drum eventually broke after about the 50th hit to the ground. She's still outgrown him. Now we have another little kid, so I ordered her a new one. The big one is still playing with it! She will show her sister and tell her about the flowers or dance to the music. It's so cute and keeps them both entertained for a while. Worth every penny and makes a great gift
