This pillow is sold in 20 x 26 but it is actually 16 x 25 and the label on the pillow shows the correct dimensions. My order also arrived with a couple of hooks in the lid and wasn't vacuum sealed, the inner bag was sealed with a zip tie and clear tape so it was clearly previously used or at least opened and sent back. Despite being opened once, stretched out and stuffed back into a bag and box, it felt quite soft, not firm enough to provide good neck support. I'm sending it back because the size doesn't fit, it's damaged and because I won't be using a previously opened pillow due to its unsanitary condition; It's possible that the pillow will air harden over time, but I'm not re-ordering to find out.
