Easy to use and clean. The taste of coffee is full, fragrant and delicious. A few design flaws that strike me as big, especially for the price: 1. The platform you place the milk frother glass on barely fits the glass. The glass is easy to knock off, and bulkier glasses are not suitable.2. Basic software features are missing: Some basic software features could have been added, for example when frothing milk there could be a countdown of the seconds remaining during the frothing cycle (milk frothing is done by the second, not by volume - which is a bit odd - at best it needs to be able to do both). Also a timer that shows how long it will take before the machine starts cleaning or how long until the water filter needs to be changed (depending on usage). It is not possible to program a machine to wake up at a specific time every morning like other machines. The instructions warn that changing the grind size must be done while the machine is grinding beans or it could damage the machine - looks like you should be able to adjust the grind size at any time - other machines I've owned allow this .Strange.4. The fact is that you have to connect an external hose to froth milk, and the whole cleaning after frothing is cumbersome and poorly thought out. Due to the design of the frothing head, the milk hardly stays warm after frothing and it is not possible to set a higher temperature. The espresso coffee temperature is good and very hot.5. And finally, if you want to get hot water out of the machine, you need to replace the nozzle. It should be an integrated feature. Now there is an additional part to track that could be lost or damaged. It didn't make much sense to me. All in all a good device with some major design caveats that aren't a deal breaker but rather annoying, especially considering the price range of the device.
