Review on 💧 Mavea Maxtra Replacement Water Filters 1001122 by Chelsea Williams

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It's so rare that I leave a negative review that I honestly can't think of any other than this one! I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life! After calling and kindly asking about the broken filter counter, such an attitude was taken that it really was tantamount to being spit in the face! This rep left after I told her I'd had the product for about a year and a half and only today realized the meter might rupture and she started screaming at how gross I am for not cleaning my jug after a year and a half have. half if I wash my dishes, jug and the part that holds the filter weekly, but not knowing the counter can be removed I hand wiped the lid. In any case, this *witch* did everything in her power to make sure I would never give this company a dime and actively take action against the company and tell everyone and everyone I know not to buy their products that there are too many equal good competitors to give money to a company that has people in customer service who can talk to someone like I can.
