It's so cute and you definitely can't beat the price.

Well I got this in the mail today so I can't comment on the durability of this skirt but it's so cute. I wear it with a high waist and I would say it's about mid-thigh, maybe a bit bigger for me. And to be honest I only paid $10 for this purchase which is an absolute steal. I can't wait to wear this. It's also very soft and not itchy like another similar skirt I have. Will definitely buy from this seller again.
