The support team are very helpful to get you set up with everything needed at once time which saves much stress over having different people ask your questions as they come along when setting it-up yourself takes ages! I would like there be more options available if something goes wrong such an add new option button so we can find our way back easily without being lost somewhere else or needing someone's help again? Also not enough information about what each section does - eg why do i need them etc but thats probably just me though maybe this has changed since its been released recently?! Definitely go through their demo version first before committing too long term contracts / deals because some things may seem simple/easy initially (eg adding jobs) however have no idea how many hours will actually take doing these tasks manually!! It makes life loads easier than writing paperwork off site every day then sending via post & faxing copies around from one person after.
