Doesn't really work

It can't even run in mainly direct sunlight (see video), forget about storing enough power to handle a cloud passing or running into the evening.I thought this 3.5W would be an upgrade for the 2.2W which also struggled, but this one is even worse.Not sure if I just received a defective model, or if it's just not capable of running under anything less than perfect conditions.
