Take half a size bigger
After 5 minutes I felt completely uncomfortable. I'm a size 8 with a narrow foot. I usually have to wear thicker socks to keep my back from slipping. I work with thin socks, put them on and go to work. It was too late, I had to wear them all day. I got the worst healing blister from the Enge.
