This is a very good microphone, especially when you can buy it on sale. Sounds good, build quality is great, buttons are well placed. Note that if you press the button to mute the sound, it won't stay silent when your computer goes to sleep or restarts etc. This might have been intentional to "reset" it in some way. Another consideration: when trying to find a replacement USB-C to UCB-A cable, you need to be careful to find one that actually fits the microphone. The problem is that the USB-C connector on the microphone is recessed and some plugs (especially the cap surrounding the plug) don't fit. The newer USB-C to UCB-A cables seem to have more electronics in the end cap, making them larger than the old ones, so you'll need to find one of the old cables. UPDATE: I contacted Maono for a replacement. Cable and they were very kind and generous in offering a replacement. It gives me more confidence that this company stands behind their products and if I were to buy another microphone it would definitely be the Maono 902.
