This company really lives up to its name with the friendliest customer service I have ever come across. Some time ago I ordered a bundle with a metal-tipped stylus, which I really liked. Eventually the little tips wore out so I ordered these fine pens as a replacement. I was disappointed to find that they have rubber tips instead of metal tips. It's my own fault for not reading the description carefully. They work well, but once you get used to the metal tips it will be difficult to switch back to the rubber tips. When the people at Friendly Swede read my review they contacted me to see if there was anything they could do. I assured them the ones I ordered were fine and thanked them for their concern. Guess what? They insisted on sending me a free set of mesh tipped stylus which I originally wanted to order! See what I mean by great customer service? Too bad that not every company can be like the friendly Swede :)
