I bought these rails thinking the 7/16" nut would securely engage the 1/4-20 bolt head. Once you tighten the bolt most of them barely go into the groove and rather all clamp the 9/16" slot above it. Most 1/4-20 hex nuts are too thick to fit the rail. This rail works well with a 1/4" or 5/16" T-bolt (or a regular cabinet screw {used to attach toilets}) so I can use it. Otherwise the rails are well made and will come with Supplied with the screws needed to attach it Nice anodized finish.
