, I am supervising the construction of what might be called a tape measure graveyard. We lost at least three, possibly four tape measures that simply broke at the ends after constant use. I lost my favorite 25' a week ago and this model seems like a worthy replacement. It feels solid in the hand, the strap glides smoothly, the case feels solid, and the magnet end picks up metal well. In addition to the diamond indicating sixteenths of an inch, the tape markings also indicate every eighth of an inch. Two of our youngest crew members have significant difficulty adding and subtracting fractions and I hope tagging will help them read fractions more fluently.
