This is a great and extremely useful hanger for ties and other accessories that saves space - you need to balance the weight of the items you put on it or the hanger will start tipping. I use it to hang accessories and each of the three hangers I purchased holds over 10 pounds in weight with no sign of warping, warping, or other unwanted flexing. In all honesty, I'm a firm believer that the curtain rod will snap from the weight before these hangers show even the slightest bit of tension. They make it easy to remove and store items without accidentally slipping off either side of the hooks, and the hanger itself slides easily over the bar.
