UPDATE: I took 2 stars off my original rating. After a few days of noticing that my vacuum just wasn't cleaning the way it used to, I decided to swap out the roller early to see if that would help. When I took the reel out, I found that the spindle that went into the reel was rounded because the reel is about 1/4" shorter and will not spin anymore. Another reel I received at the same time still new has the same problem so I put the roller on tight, lined it with two copper washers and here we go, obviously this shouldn't happen and I don't know what I'll do if this spindle rounds up again.
