First let me say that I buy and assemble LOTS of pre assembled furniture so I know what works and what doesn't and when the assembly seems right and I really struggled to put this one together closet. I was so excited when I pulled the pieces out of the box because the color is so pretty and everything is well packaged to avoid scratching or damaging the cabinet. Unfortunately, as soon as I started building, I noticed a number of issues. First, the "locking cams" are NOT lockable and they unscrewed and fell out multiple times when I was putting this together. Also, I had to be very careful with all the screws as they only seemed to go into the paint, not the underlying wood, causing them to tip over easily and clean out the holes. In the end, after everything is put together, the case still feels solid and will stand up to the little use we plan to have, but I would like the manufacturers to think a little more about part selection and make sure the build is perfect .
