Problems with this product can be solved by trial and error, larger circle of dough, too much filling, better dough. etc. I used a batter recipe I found online to make beef empanadas. Some had the dough squeezing out from under the press, perhaps because of too much filling. Some didn't seal properly either, I think the dough needs to be slightly larger than a circle, or maybe the edges need brushing with water. Overall a great product for the price, I think I'll be interested in trying many different recipes.
