This phone is not compatible with standard US wall mount. The holes on the phone match the protrusions, but the jack on the phone matches the jack on the wall. This makes them impossible to connect and makes it impossible to connect the phone to wall mounts. There is also no way to wind up the extra cord (like a standard wall phone - 4th photo). The volume in the phone has only 3 settings, but the settings are enough. The ringtone is metal bells and has an old-fashioned sound. There's also an annoying light on the top of the phone that flashes when the phone is ringing. (My daughter asked if it was for the deaf?) The instructions also say it may not work properly with fiber optic.
