Don't buy this! suitable for external hard drives
I bought one of these and used it once to back up files. It worked fine the first time, then I used it a second time to add it to the backup, it blocks computer (laptop) and desktop. It will show a message that it needs to be formatted, click OK for that and a second message will appear. Windows cannot perform this task on this drive. With Windows 7 Professional. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.
