Easy to use. Easy instructions to apply to the wall. The instructions for loading and ejecting sheets are easy to follow. If the dispenser is in a household or small business where you don't have to worry about theft or damage to property, you can hang it on the wall with two nails. If you wish, use the set of screws that came with the dispenser. At the top there is only one key to open. It's a kind of wide two-pronged fork where you can easily unlock the mechanism to remove and replace the toilet seat cover packs. There is no real "castle” here. Only one key to open. There is ONLY one key. If you have to worry about losing it, make a duplicate of another key at the store. The key has a hole to hang it on a keychain or in a key cabinet. If you don't have to worry about it being lost or stolen, put it in a drawer and identify it or hang it in a safe place where it won't be lost or stolen. Great products (seat covers and dispensers) from Kimberly Clark Professional. I highly recommend this product and the toilet seat covers it was designed for.
