So this is my third purchase of this brand and first of this model. The only reason I bought this model is because the other two models I bought were the only electric trimmers I've used (and believe me I know and have tried all the top brands) , which cut close enough for me to be safe until we go into Mad Max precinct and run out of power, or I end up in Texas for the winter somehow. So far I believe these are all quality items that will do the job I need and most importantly for the price. Customer service was great when my discount code didn't work for me. The agent responded immediately and refunded the promised discount amount. I will be buying more of these very soon because I have no idea how long the blades will last and at this price you might as well buy a new one rather than buying new blades and struggling to install them on something that what an intricate piece looks like Equipment that requires specialized knowledge to repair. Buy it.
