The short history of this ball is that it's the standard for tournaments but doesn't offer much durability to the layman. tend to use, yes, but unless you're playing tournaments where this ball is preferred, there's really no good reason to pay a premium price. They bounce well during their short life and turn into a scary game with strong players. Personally, I like playing with it, but I can't recommend it unreservedly because of its durability alone. With higher level players you are destined to play maybe 4 or 5 games before small cracks form in the web. This is the beginning of the end for your ball. I will buy it anyway but only because I need to practice with it.
