***UPDATE***Customer service is phenomenal! They went out of their way to get me a pair with no problems! I am happy to report that these are the BEST heels I have ever walked in. I really wanted to love this shoe. I ordered 9 1/2 first because I usually wear these and they were too big. I also noticed that the left boot made an odd popping noise when I stepped on it. Like the inside wasn't glued all the way down or something. So I came back and got a 9. Well, these fit better, are still a bit bigger, and the same left shoe made the same popping noise when walking. I bought them to wear in the bedroom and the noise killed my mood. Not sexy at all. I really wanted to love them but the second pair had to be returned and I won't be buying the third. Too bad too, because they are very comfortable to wear and look damn good.
