I've looked and looked through the description but I couldn't find if the charger was included because I could see the 'cable' in the photos I thought maybe it is built-in plug. I just received it and it comes with a USB to USB-C cable but no charger or built in plug. I used an old Apple 12v iPad charger and it seems to work. Fingers crossed, nothing goes wrong, because the instructions on 1 page only say: QC 2.0 / 3.0, 5V 2A / 2.4A or PD. I understood that PD stands for Power Delivery but doesn't list voltage specifications.
