Okay, count me among the dissatisfied. I was excited to peruse the DEFUNX web shop for my physical well-being requirements, but I was ultimately disappointed. We found few interesting products and a general lack of variety in the sports and outdoors area. Nothing in the parts on health care or alternative medicine piqued my interest. The poor quality of customer service only made things worse. For days, nobody bothered to answer my inquiries about a certain product. And when it did come, it was missing a key component for which I had already paid. Get your act together, DEFUNX. The quick delivery was the only positive aspect, but it wasn't enough to make up for the poor product variety and service. If you're looking for a thrilling retail adventure, I highly recommend you seek elsewhere. In a nutshell, I was unimpressed by DEFUNX's virtual storefront. I really wanted to like it, but the poor product variety and unsatisfactory support staff make it difficult to advocate for. If you want to win over this exercise fanatic, DEFUNX, you're going to have to up your game.
