Works well for what it is. I had to put my buckle in there, but I mean you have to be able to do that if you don't want it to slip out. I'm not sure how this will work if your latch button is on the front/side of the buckle as my truck (2014 Toyota Tundra) has the release button on the "top" of the buckle. Maybe it would be nice if it were partially sticking out, but I can't comment on that.
