*** I don't think people understand that there are degrees of blackout of curtains. These are not blackout curtains, nor do they claim to be. They say they minimize natural light, and they do just that. When I close the curtains in the middle of the day, my living room is dark, but I can still see around me. It removes glare from the TV when the sun shines through the window. It keeps the room cool. If that's what you're looking for, buy it. *** Color is my favorite thing about them. I had trouble finding the right shade, usually too dark or too pink. But these are absolutely gorgeous. The photos don't really do these curtains justice. You are perfect.
