To close the curtain, you have to work hard to fold it, as it sags a lot - it just curls up in your hands if you try to gently lift it from the bottom. I just bought this curtain for my garage window, so it doesn't have to look pretty, but this curtain is hardly functional. When I get to that, I get the right blind.
