I first used this product because I received a bad report of high eye pressure and optic nerve thinning. I didn't want to start glaucoma drops. I read that you put this in your eye before bed and sleep with it all night. I put the ball on my finger and gently apply it to the eyeballs. The first morning after waking up to sand, sand in my eyes. The same on the second morning. Keep using it every now and then. Went back to the ophthalmologist after 6 months and my blood pressure dropped a bit. Came back a year later, the pressure is normal. I'm 54 years old, I've been using cosmetics since I was 14 and I don't eat well. Maybe the oil drew the toxins out of my eye. I don't know but I still use it a few times a week. I wash it off as soon as I wake up. I don't want the toxins in my eyes again.
