I got this from my mom for Christmas and I have to say it's awesome! I haven't had any leaks or atomizer issues like others have said. I mainly use it for pet stains and spit out the stains on the carpet and it's wonderful. When you use it for the first time, you need to fully charge the battery (it took me 6 hours). I was also able to use it for over 10 minutes at a time. It gets the job done without having to bring out a big steam cleaner every time, and if you use hot water, it removes the stain better. The tanks are easy to put on and take off, easy to clean and easy to fill. And for a portable device, the suction power is excellent. Even cleans up spills on hard floors! This device is very easy to use and maintain if you follow all the instructions correctly and fully charge the battery the first time.
