There are deviations, generally tolerable.
Test results from two independent developers' programs and actual usage show that the write speed is a maximum (!) 19Mb/s, whereas the read speed is 130Mb/s. I have no idea how it will turn out. USB 3.0 was used for testing (external HDD writes at 60–90Mb/s). While the write speed on USB 2.0 stays constant, the read speed decreases. I have no idea how this is feasible.
