Review on Smart bracelet Xiaomi Mi Band 2, black by Chong Fred ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The purchase was not entirely successful, there were minor problems in use.

When I purchased the bracelet, I used a smartphone on Android. Everything was amazing. Great app, where everything is in 2022. You can set an alarm clock (there is no smart alarm clock) that wakes you up with a vibration on your hand, which is very convenient if you are not sleeping alone, and your spouse does not need to get up anywhere. Analyzes your sleep (I don’t know how exactly). Measures the pulse. It counts steps well, almost without errors. The most beautiful thing for me is that you can set up a vibration notification about an incoming call or a notification from any application, I needed this for a telegram, whatsapp, vk. I quickly got used to all these delights, I was completely satisfied. Until I moved back to iOS . The application is only in English, which constantly "falls off" from the bracelet, that is, they are not tied to each other on an ongoing basis. As a result, you can forget about notifications of any kind. Even if it worked correctly, there is no setting for applications whose notifications will be sent to the bracelet. In short, if you have an Android smartphone, feel free to buy a very cool gadget for little money. If you are the owner of an apple device, then you better look for other options. There are no complaints about the bracelet itself, but without a smart application on a smartphone, it is of no use.

Pros
  • With interaction with android: Notifications for incoming calls, notifications from any applications, an alarm clock (albeit a stupid one), step counting accuracy. (see comment)
Cons
  • Lack of full interaction with iOS (see comment)
