Some of my digestate seems to be gone. I had to replace them. I thought all wide mouth jar fermentation weights were the same size. I found out it wasn't. They work quite well when what you're fermenting is larger. I wanted them for sauerkraut. I usually put a cabbage leaf or two on top before setting the load, but what I saw immediately after trying it is that if I don't use a cabbage leaf, any cabbage that is too small will float between weight and load. bank page. They do not fit in a normal tumbler. The weight is good. Just a little too small for my taste. I add, I wanted the same ones I had before and can't find them. These didn't work either.
