I'm in spartan racing. I had a running backpack for a couple of years that I liked until it broke last year. I bought a couple of packs to replace and they broke or tore in one race. I got a beast and bought it thinking I just wanted a cheap disposable pack. While the price isn't that bad, the backpack actually performed incredibly well, surviving some spartan races. I use it for hiking and for my long runs. fits well and is very durable. I would like to warn a little that this hardly suits me. I have a fairly athletic build, 5ft 10", 47" round chest. So first check your measurements against their sizes.
