These pins are HOT. Not warm, HOT. The remote control has 5 heat settings and at 100% power it can even penetrate my winter gloves with good heat settings. On rainy days, the palm of my gloves is steamy after taking my hands off the grips. (I didn't think I'd ever run them at less than 100%, but sometimes I do!). The grip pattern feels comfortable and provides a good grip on the Adventure model I purchased. The included remote mount works well on the stock mirror mount on my 2014 Suzuki Vstrom1000 with an extra long oxford screw just right for this application. The instructions made this already easy installation even easier (including a nice thin arrow on the handlebar power supply to make sure both side grips are oriented identically). My only comment: be careful with the oxford super glue to glue the handles. I've always used hairspray, but I figured if Oxford wanted me to use super glue, everything else is up to the quality and instructions for this product, so I gave it a try. Clutch side no problem. On the throttle side, I accidentally glued the throttle tube to the handlebars. Oh! Radiator grille and throttle body removed, cleaned, sprayed with hairspray. Since then no problems.
