Highest satisfaction with three sets of makeup brushes. I ordered these along with the A2z Blush Palette and am glad I did have done that. The smaller of the three brushes is ideal for a 1x1 square, but note that it can be used with the A2z brand blush kit. or any other blush of your choice! The small brush has a contoured edge with just enough angle to be able to apply the desired amount of blush very precisely to a specific spot/zone on the cheekbone.If like me I use more than 1 x color on different spots on my face, this brush comes in very handy (I use it to transfer 2 x colors and 1 x highlighter to desired "zones" on my face!) So, small size for one application.. then after application - I like to switch to the larger of the 3 brushes and use the poof, to blind them! Al le x3 brushes have the firm feel of a real brush. tbh, I like the firmness of the smaller brush, but I prefer a bit more softness on the larger puffs. I think the softer pouf helps it glide across the face more easily and encourages natural blending. Do not get me wrong! This large size isn't rough at all - it's just missing a bit more of those big brushes that can appear/be so, so soft! The connections of all x3 brushes to the handle feel strong and durable. No loose ends or movement in the handle design. All of the bristles on the brushes appear to be reasonably soft and are the expected shape and size. and these are natural (not synthetic!) bristles! All in all, for under $10 this is a great 3 piece set that really covers the basic needs. and for those who want a good/standard set this will not disappoint. These 3 natural bristle brushes can get the job done and do it well! I definitely recommend it.
