Don't buy this for baking.
That would be a great frying pan. if never put in the oven. I put 350 in and after two minutes I heard a popping noise and the blade warped. I saw a review saying the same thing and thought it was probably a one pot mistake, an accident that won't happen again. It happened. I used a skillet to hold my pumpkin pies and now my oven is a mess.
