I am giving this one star as the backrest is broken and the chair is now a stool. I just bought this chair three months ago! Of course it should take longer! And now I can't return because the return window is closed. For the record, I did not abuse or abuse the chair. I just leaned back and the plastic behind the left armrest broke. I almost fell behind! not worth your money! I tried to contact the company but to no avail. I am extremely disappointed. ****Update, I contacted them AGAIN and requested a refund for this broken chair. You are responding to a photo request. I reply via email with photos of the broken chair. Then nothing. AGAIN. This company is terrible to deal with if you have any problems! There is no communication!
